Brief introduction of the product

II Scope of application
(I)It is applied to fight the following fires

2. Program - controlled switchboard room, control room and signaling transfer room in the communication system

4. Electricity Transformation and Distribution cabinet, elevator control cabinet, wire and cable slot or the cable tray which have the tray
5. Special or important equipment cabinet whose shell is relatively enclosed
(II) The fire type which are suitable to distinguish
1. Before distinguish the fire, the air source of the Combustible gas fire can be cut
2. A, B and C class liquid fire and the meltable solid fire including the paraffin and the pitch etc.
3. Solid surface fire and deep-fire in the wood, paper, linter, fabric and other areas

（III) the following fires are not suitable to distinguish
1. Chemical products fire including the nitrocellulose and gunpowder etc which contain the oxidizing agent
2. Active metal fire including potassium, sodium (Na), magnesium, titanium, zirconium etc.
3. Metal hydride fire including potassium hydride, sodium hydride etc.

VI Precautions of the installment and usage
(I) Before the installment and operation of the temperature sensing automatic starting fire distinguishing equipment, the following technical document shall be included:
1. Designing documents of the production drawing and related technical documents;
2. the qualified inspection report which released by the agency that the government specified to conduct by force or form;
3. factory certificate of the protect, instructions of usage and maintenance, qualified inspection certificate;
(II) Before the installment of the fire detecting tube type temperature automatic fire distinguishing device, the container valves, fire detecting tube, releasing tube etc should be inspected of the appearance and the following regulations shall be followed:
1. the accessory is free from collision, transformation or other mechanical injures;
The outer non-mechanical surface protective coating of the accessory is in good shape;
3. All exposed interfaces of the accessory shall have protection covers, which shall be sealed in a fine manner, and connecting screws and flange sealing surface having no damage.
4. The nameplate is clear, and the content shall comply with provisions of the state on relevant marks.
(III). Before the fire trace tube automatic starting extinguishing device is installed, the filling weight and filling pressure of the the storage containers of the extinguishing agent shall be checked and shall comply with the following provisions;
1. The filling weight of the storage containers of the extinguishing agent shall not be less than the design filling weight, and shall not exceed 1.5% of the design filling weight;
2. The actual working pressure of the storage containers of the extinguishing agent shall comply with design requirements.
(IV) Before the fire trace tube automatic starting extinguishing device is installed, the air pressure leakproofness experiment shall be conducted for container valve, fire trace tube and release pipes, and the experiment gas may be air or nitrogen, and the gas pressure shall not be less than 1.25 times of the working pressure and the experiment time shall not be less than 10min.
(V). Installation of the storage containers of the fire extinguishing agent of the fire trace tube temperature automatic starting distinguishing device shall comply with the following requirements:
1. The installation place shall comply with the design requirements;
2. The safety device shall be set up for the fire extinguishing agent storage containers filled out;
3. Before the fire extinguishing agent storage containers filled out is installed, the fire trace tube shall not be connected to the fire extinguishing agent storage container valves;；
4. The fire extinguishing agent storage container shall be installed uprightly, the stand and the frame shall be fixed firmly, and corrosion prevention treatment measures shall be taken;
5. The fire extinguishing agent storage container may be directly fixed on the shell or equipment cabinet of the equipment protected;；
6. The installation height and direction of pressure gage shall be kept consistent, and convenient to be observed;。
7. The frontage of the fire extinguishing agent storage container shall indicate the name of fire extinguishing agent and No. of the storage containers as stipulated in the design.
(IV) Installation of Fire Trace Tube and Release Pipes shall comply with the following requirements:；
1. The joint shall adopt the special joint for the fire trace tube non-electricity automatic starting extinguishing device;
2. The fire trace tube shall be paved along the upward side of the protection area with special pipe clamps fixed. When the protected object is wire and cable, the fire trace tube may be paved with the wire and cable, which shall be fixed with special pipe clamps.
3. The split vent of the joint of the tee joints of the fire trace tube or release pipe of the fire trace tube automatic starting extinguishing device shall be installed horizontally;
4. After initial installation of the fire trace tube automatic starting extinguishing device, the terminal pressure gage shall be taken down from the check valve unit, and it shall be connected to the check valve unit with the special gas charging joint,, under the condition that the small ball valve is closed, the fire trace tube is pressurized to 1.2MPa by the special gas charging joint.
(VII) When single set fire trace tube automatic starting extinguishing device is adopted, the equipment that needs to be protected for fire control shall be placed in the protective circle scope with the extinguishing agent container as the center, and the valid use length of the fire trace tube as the radius. The fire trace tube shall be paved to the vicinity of each protective equipment in the mode of tee joints on the extinguishing agent container valves.
(VIII) When multiple set fire trace tube automatic starting extinguishing device is adopted, all equipment need to be protected in the defence area may be divided into several groups, under the condition that the storage pressure of extinguishing agent and the flow of the extinguishing agent keep consistent (namely the valid use length of the fire trace tube is kept consistent), the fire trace tube non-electricity automatic fire trace tube extinguishing device that has corresponding filling weight of one set shall be set for each group of equipment.
